The DeKalb County Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc., prohibits the use of this membership list for advertising or solicitation. ANY REQUEST FOR THE USE OF THIS LIST, FOR ANY PURPOSE, BY MEMBER CLUBS OR OTHER AGENCIES MUST BE MADE TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEKALB FEDERATION, WHO MUST OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM THE EXECUTIVE BOARD.

An asterisk (*) preceding a club name indicates membership in The Garden Club of Georgia, Inc. The number sign (#) indicates the club is NOT geographically bounded; number of members is in parenthesis ( ); figures beside member numbers indicate club’s monthly meeting date and whether it is a day (D) or night (N) meeting time. 4/W/D indicates, for example, that the club meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month, daytime.

Geographically Bound:  If membership in a club is restricted to a specific geographical area, then persons living outside of the geographical area specified in the club’s bylaws cannot be considered for membership, as the club is geographically bound.

Grand Gardener Club:  Grand Gardener membership status is assigned to clubs whose members are no longer able to perform demanding tasks, but who still have an interest in keeping informed on garden club issues, projects, floral arranging, and gardening; enjoy the fellowship of meetings; and want to participate in state garden club activities when possible.  This membership carries the same privileges as regular membership, with the exception of eligibility for state, regional and national awards.  To apply for Grand Gardener status, a club must submit a written request to the GCG Grand Gardener Chairman and to the State Membership Chairman.
